• Follow up on inbound leads and referrals generated by our marketing
• Conduct discovery calls with business owners to understand their goals
• Present WeDoMedia's services and portfolio in a compelling, consultative way
• Prepare and send proposals using our templates
• Close contracts and hand off to our design/dev team seamlessly
• Maintain your pipeline in our CRM and report weekly

• Have at least 1 year of sales experience (digital services a big plus)
• Are comfortable on the phone and over video — confident, clear, and real
• Understand basic web/digital concepts well enough to talk intelligently
• Are self-motivated and don't need hand-holding to hit your numbers
• Are based in Miami or can work US EST hours remotely

We build premium websites for clients across every industry — and we do it without templates. We're looking for a designer who can take a brand brief and turn it into something that genuinely turns heads. You'll be working on real client projects, with real deadlines, for businesses that care about standing out.

You should be equally comfortable with visual design and HTML/CSS — or at minimum, design that can be translated directly into clean code. We value taste, precision, and the ability to work fast without sacrificing quality.

• Design custom websites, landing pages, and digital assets from scratch
• Collaborate with our dev team to bring designs to life in clean HTML/CSS/JS
• Create mockups in Figma, Adobe XD, or directly in-browser
• Handle revisions based on client feedback, quickly and without drama
• Maintain brand consistency across multi-page projects
• Occasionally handle social media graphics, PDFs, and print collateral

• Strong portfolio showing custom (non-template) web design work
• Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Solid grasp of HTML & CSS — able to understand how your designs build out
• Eye for typography, spacing, and dark/luxury aesthetics
• Ability to work independently, hit deadlines, and communicate clearly

• WordPress theme customization / Elementor (but we often go fully custom)
• JavaScript basics or animation experience
• Motion design / micro-interactions
• Experience working with digital marketing agencies
